'低温等离子设备可处理的材料多<br />
低温等离子设备在塑料材质的的表面处理上效果突出，其中在汽车当中所使用到的塑料件是十分之多的，有的车型所用到的塑料材料比例甚至会超过三分之一，而这些塑料大多为复合性的PP、ABS、PA、PVC、EPDM、PC、EVA等，它们分别会被用来加工做成保险杠、仪表盘、中控板、门板、防护板、引擎盖、密封条、灯具、防震垫等汽车配件。<br />
工艺加工的性能改善<br />
我们在这里谈到的复合材料指的是使用到两种以上材料的物质，通过取长补短，生产出具有优良特性的材料，它具有单一材料所不能具备的多种特性，例如聚丙烯（PP）+玻璃纤维（GF20），或是如聚丙烯（PP）+三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）+滑石粉（TD20）等，进行复合之后的材料被大量应用于汽车内饰件之中，比如汽车仪表板。<br />

在塑料材质中，类似于PP、EPDM、ABS+PC这类材料虽然有着自己的优势，但同时表面能也较低，且浸润性不够好，会影响到材料表面的丝印、粘接、包覆、植绒的品质和性能。而当我们使用低温等离子设备来对这些材料进行处理之后，我们会发现在等离子体的活性粒子的作用下，材料表面的性能能够得到明显的改善，并且起到提升产品质量的作用。

<p>性能改善的两方面作用</p>

<section>我们在不断地实践研究当中，发现低温等离子设备之所以能够实现汽车塑料件的表面改性，主要有两方面的原因：<br />
1、低温等离子设备产生的等离子体在放电过程之中会将亲水基团如酚类的羟基（-OH）、羧酸的羧基（-COOH）以及羰基（C=O）等基团引入表面，以此增加材料表面的浸润性，并将基体表面的附着力和粘接强度大大提高。<br />

2、低温等离子设备产生的等离子体促使材料分子键被打开，发生的交联作用及低分子量污染物被清除，材料表面形成洁净而强的界面层，也会促进附着力和粘接强度的提高。<br />
在这里我们举出低温等离子设备用于材质为ABS+PC的塑料储物箱植绒的表面处理的粒子，在处理过程中主要是为了增强其胶水和绒毛的粘接性能，<br />

另外还可参考低温等离子设备在材质为聚丙烯（PP）+滑石粉（TD20）的塑料门板包覆前的表面处理，在这里能够增强水性聚氨酯胶粘剂与塑胶件的粘接性能，提高撕剥力。在低温等离子设备的处理过程中，不同形状结构和材质的汽车塑料件都是不受限的，在处理过后不仅可以让产品品质有一定的保障，并且可以选用对人体和环境都友好的胶粘剂，降低操作人员的健康风险。</section>
